CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK)– The YWCA Sojourner’s Sanctuary in Charleston revealed its brand-new “Optimum Technology Edge” on Thursday.

Optimum offered $6,000 to get home computer, displays, audio speakers as well as web cams to offer the sanctuary with far better accessibility to technology.
